AARON R. CHANEY
Aaron Chaney has over 20 years of major out of ground construction experience in NYC. While coming up in the industry early on, Aaron was employed and trained by some of the largest and most well known General Contractors and Real Estate Developers in the Construction Industry. Working in out-of-ground Multi-Family Residential construction has made Aaron a very well rounded Construction Professional managing very large scale, fast paced projects consisting of mixed use buildings with ground floor retail tenants, high end amenities, office space build-outs, Landlord Tenant improvements and Commercial Office space repositioning's. Aaron started AVRON Corp. with the idea and vision of bringing to the market superior standards of building with tried and true processes and procedures that will set us apart from others and help establish our name and brand among the highest symbols of quality in the Construction Industry.

DANIEL STANIASZEK
Mr. Staniaszek has over 20 years of Construction Experience and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He is involved with the Executive Team with Business Development, Market Sector assessments, Client Satisfaction, Company expansion and geographical studies on AVRON Corp. positioning. Daniel is very much involved with our Clients from the Business Development stage to the Bidding stage and onward to the award stage all the way through to ensure projects are closed out satisfactorily and that the Clients experience with AVRON Corp. leads to repeat business and future referrals.
DIRECTOR OF FIELD OPERATIONS
STEVE FRIEDMAN
Mr. Freidman is a builder through and through and plays a vital role in overseeing all AVRON Corp. projects under construction with weekly site visits to inspect and ensure OSHA and AVRON Corp. Safety regulations are being adhered to. He provides feedback to the Site Supers regarding logistics and site planning, makes sure permits are current and posted on site and in binders for the Authorities and ensures QAQC standards are being strictly followed both by the AVRON Corp. Field Team as well as vendors and Sub Contractors. Mr. Friedman plays a very important role in ensuring that the AVRON Corp. brand and its high standards for quality and integrity are delivered on every project, large or small.
DIRECTOR OF RISK MANAGEMENT
JANE SCHNIDER
Mrs. Schnider has a very important role at AVRON Corp. Once a project is awarded to AVRON Corp. The Executive team conducts an internal kick-off meeting and Jane ensures all sub-contractors being considered for Sub-Contract award have been vetted before AVRON Purchasing makes an award. Jane ensures all insurance COIs are in place and current prior to any contractor stepping onto an AVRON Corp. site. Jane also deals with the AVRON Corp Insurance Brokers and subs Insurance Brokers making sure all additionally insured are named specifically for each project properly and all of the AVRON Corp boxes have been checked off on the standard Risk Management pre award check list sheet. After Mrs. Schnider has thoroughly screened the sub, AVRON Corp Purchasing is cleared to proceed with contract awards.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
KEVIN NYE
Mr. Nye has overall responsibility of AVRON Corps. bottom line and reviews all financial reports, balance sheets and advises the Executive Team on company expansion availabilities, marketing investments, risk management assessments and overall participation in the future vision and goals of the AVRON Corporation. Mr. Nye, along with the AVRON Corp. CEO and Executive team make calculated and strategic assessments on what markets to be engaged in for diversification, risk mitigation and economic fluctuations and down turns.
VICE PRESIDENT & CHIEF ESTIMATOR
ALEX YOUNG
Mr. Young has over 20 years of Estimating experience in the Construction Industry and over sees all of AVRON Corps Estimating Department in preparing final Bid proposal packages prior to being sent to potential Clients. Alex also assists in ensuring all Sub-Contractor scopes are captured properly per plans and specs and conducts a constructability review against historical lessons learned from AVRON Corp past experiences prior to award. Alex also ensures subs are pre-qualified and cleared by AVRON Corp. Risk Management Department to be able to work for AVRON Corp. and its Clients. Alex ensures that the AVRON Corp. estimating formulas are current and to date with industry market rates and that subcontractor Bid proposals are properly leveled prior to final subcontractor award considerations. Alex also flags any material chain issues with lead times and cost upcharges due to market volatility.
